We ship every order with care and attention, aiming to get fresh coffee to you as smoothly as possible.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During high volume periods or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and may vary due to factors outside of our control, including weather, holidays, or carrier delays.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.
Refunded Orders
If a refund is approved, both the original item cost and the original shipping cost will be refunded. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and are typically processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
Shipping Responsibility
Once an order has shipped, responsibility transfers to the carrier. While we’re always happy to help track a package, we’re not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by the carrier.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double check your shipping details at checkout. We’re not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
